Whistleblower Hotline

This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to RSL LifeCare people, contractors and other stakeholders to enable the reporting of any issue that may adversely affect RSL LifeCare or its people or reputation. Further information on the sorts of matters that should be reported and the ways that they can be reported are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site, where you will find access to the RSL LifeCare Code of Conduct and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the service provided to RSL LifeCare by Stopline and how it works.

Dear Colleagues,

Maintaining our commitment to the RSL LifeCare Code of Conduct is an important step in working towards achieving our vision, mission and business objectives. At RSL LifeCare we have a Whistleblower Reporting program that empowers you to play an active role in the elimination of improper conduct in the workplace.

This program provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all RSL LifeCare employees, contractors or designated stakeholders and translation services can be provided if requested.

Stopline is not to be used in place of compulsory reporting requirements under the Aged Care Act 1997 or other legislation where compulsory reporting requirements exist. This includes any allegation of suspected abuse of a resident or reporting that a resident is missing. Employees must report such matters immediately to the senior manager on duty. All RSL LifeCare employees must abide by RSL LifeCare’s compulsory reporting policy.

RSL LifeCare is committed to good corporate governance and this website is another example of RSL LifeCare’s commitment to best practice.
